文章里，Mentor 问的最多的就是 Can you re-use XXX skills to solve current problems?

在我看来，这句话问了两个问题：

• 知识到实践解决问题的转化率。
• 知识的半衰期/时效性。

然后引申出来的就是，你应该选择什么样的知识去学习？

文章里建议，80% 的时间去学习原理性/设计性知识，20% 的时间用于学习上层工具性知识，而且这 20% 还是在工作的过程中边进行的。

大概就是

• 原理性知识不过时，半衰期在职业生涯中很长
• 选择相关的原理性知识学习，很大降低学习上层工具的成本，这些知识多数能间接转化为实践的解决方案
